LGBTQ+

I want to emphasize my commitment to protecting the rights and safety of the LGBTQ+ community. It is a fundamental human right to live free from discrimination and prejudice, and no one should ever have to fear for their safety because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Sadly, the LGBTQ+ community still faces discrimination and violence in many areas of our society, including housing, employment, healthcare, and education. As your representative in the Virginia House of Delegates, I will work tirelessly to ensure that these injustices are addressed and that the LGBTQ+ community is fully protected under state law.

1. I will push for legislation that prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in all areas of public life, including employment, housing, and public accommodations. This will ensure that LGBTQ+ Virginians have equal access to the same opportunities and resources as everyone else.

   
   

   
   

2. I will advocate for policies that protect LGBTQ+ youth from bullying and harassment in schools. No child should ever have to fear for their safety or face discrimination because of who they are.

4. I will work to ensure that LGBTQ+ Virginians have access to quality healthcare that meets their specific needs. This includes access to gender-affirming care, mental health services, and HIV prevention and treatment.

I am committed to fighting for the rights and safety of the LGBTQ+ community in Virginia. As your representative, I will work tirelessly to ensure that all Virginians are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Together, we can build a Virginia that is truly inclusive and welcoming for all.
